I was in a bind and in a hurry to find a storage as soon as possible. They made the process easy and pain-free not to mention super fast. It definitely made my move and my life a little easier. I called all over town and you guys had the best deals. The girl working the front was very quick and the process was very easy. She was also very kind and considerate.

The lease process could not have been any easier. The office manager, Aliyah, reached out to me immediately to welcome me and answered all of my questions. Great customer service!

I came to this facility to help my son's move their things out. I found the facility to be very clean, the office was open and the staff was friendly and helpful. This location was easily accessible, as long as the office is open the restroom is available. They do have a dumpster on site which is uncommon these days for a storage facility I think it is accessible with manager approval. The gate closing time is 10pm which I found to be very accommodating.

I have been storing my stuff here for like 8 months or so and although I wish it was cheaper it is the lowest price I found in Manteca and surrounding areas. What makes it worth it is the wonderful ladies in the office. EVERY time I go in there I leave with a smile. Customer service is top notch. It's nice to have someone helping you that is always cheerful and respectful. So I highly recommend this facility for the best low price and #1customer service! Btw, I just want to throw out there that before coming to this storage I never have met these ladies so I'm not just saying this because they are friends of mine or because I would be getting a discount or coupon off my storage.
