Whether you are a first time guest or have been to 20 classes, the instructors will make you feel comfortable, while also challenging you at the same time. My favorite part of each class is the relaxing shavasana with an essential oil cloth to reflect, meditate or pray for a few minutes! Thank you for bringing The Studio to Claremore!
