Amazing yoga classes!

Joss has been my instructor for almost a year now, and I love his classes. I've definitely noticed improvements in my posture and stress levels. He'll make you work, though!

I have been practicing with Joss at Midtown Yoga for months now and I couldn't be more pleased. The atmosphere is very comfortable and as a beginner, I really appreciate that! The class schedule works really well with my schedule which is great, but one of my favorite things is how Joss leads the classes. There aren't necessarily "beginner" or "advanced" classes. Instead, as he goes through the class, he shows you how to modify it to make it either more or less challenging, depending on your need / ability. I've learned how to listen to my body so that I don't hurt myself. I appreciate the attention Joss gives to each student to make sure they're practicing correctly. It's such a great place to practice yoga!!

From out of town and wanted to participate in a yoga class. I chose Midtown because of the class schedule. Ended up being the only student and got a one on one with Jos. He's an awesome teacher. Glad I dropped in!!!

I love this studio! Joss is an amazing instructor and always has your best interest at heart. I am so thankful I found his studio! I'm very excited about my yoga journey with Midtown Yoga & Joss.
