They remembered my worries and addressed them multiple times. Dr Ford is very thorough with all the details and any reservations he has about doing a procedure and discusses them with you, no matter how small. You truly feel like a person here. Not a number. Greeted at every visit by name, I was remembered. When I forgot to call back, they called me! And after my surgery they called to make sure everything was OK and to check on how I was doing. 🙂 I have had multiple bad experiences at Eyecare Associates of South Tulsa, and was asked if it would be ok to go there for scans and the surgery as the laser is there. We had so hoped Dr. Barnes would see our son to his 18th birthday as we were so blessed with his expertise and wisdom. I would also like to acknowledge his staff who worked in a busy and loud environment with sick children and worried parents that I am sure, at times, tried their patience. One time I was rude and impatient with a member of the staff and I apologized later and she graciously accepted my apology and never spoke of it again nor treated me any differently.
