We have lived here 2 or 3 years now. Nina Perez is bilingual and the best manager they’ve ever had!! Neighborhood is well maintained. Friendly neighbors, many will say hello back or wave back to you while your walking. Nice small play ground for kids and nice basketball court.

Riverbend is the place to go! With someone amazing and hardworking manager Nina! Is well taken care of beautiful community and she really helps out with trouble and also is bilingual to help out residents..! keep up the amazing work!

Where do I start. Very clean grounds, safe area, great neighbors, and if you need anything ask for Nina Perez, she will go above and beyond to take care of any needs. She is a hard, dedicated staff member at Riverbend. See her beautiful smile and outgoing personality, that’s what you wanna see when you go to the office. Keep up the excellent work!

Nina is the best manager! She does everything right isn’t mean or rude to anyone. Every time I’m in the office and other residents go in they love to see her and talk to her. Also she’s bilingual. Half our residents that live here are Hispanic and she’s a great help if some people don’t know how to speak English Nina is right there to speak Spanish and help :)
