    Such an excellent place to train. Love the coaches and all the programming. A great group of members. It's a great place for everyone, whether you're a seasoned veteran of CrossFit or someone who has never tried before; all are welcome.

    Awesome owners and members who truly care about you. The workout programming challenges one to continuously improve and the coaches do a great job ensuring athletes have proper form and scale weights/movements appropriately. I am in the best shape of my life. So glad I made the decision to try CrossFit and join this gym in November 2015.

    I have been a runner my whole life. I have worked out at several different gyms and tried a variety of fitness classes over the years. About two years ago, I decided to try a class at T-Town South. I thought I was already in great shape before, but the workouts here have really pushed me, and now I am in the best shape of my life (even after having three children). I am also the smallest I have ever been (size 2), yet the strongest I have even been (I can deadlift twice my body weight). Lifting heavy weights has really been the key to my fitness success, and I absolutely love it!

    This really is a great place for people of all fitness levels. The workouts are constantly varied, which keeps it challenging yet fun. The coaches and the community of people really help push you to reach your fitness goals and get the results you want.

    I love the support at the gym by the coaches and the other members. They always encourage you to do your best! Lots of knowledge about cross fit, nutrition and health. Best crossfit box in Tulsa!
