Hailey at this store treats me better than family. I am always looking for her because she is the only one who walks me to what I am looking for instead of just pointing to where I should go. She just goes over all the details of the product and I make a purchase because I trust her integrity. Now I know when to go to the store to ask her for help.

This place has all our pets needs covered. And they are showed helpful with any advice. And they have frozen mice and rats and not just during ice and snow storms! Who knew?
I can no longer conscionably purchase any pets or pet products anywhere else. Our small family went in to buy two parakeets after researching that this store is the best and most local place to purchase budgies after we set up our cage. Upon arrival we discovered a bouque of birds. Two birds that were ostracized from their social groups and two other birds with genetic defects that effected the way they perch were adopted by the store manager as store pets... one of which he has been providing care for for over four years. While we were interested in taking on these ostracized or otherwise excluded birds into our home, we took the available three budgies as they were siblings. The store manager assisted us. He had extensive knowledge on the birds that you just can't get at most pet stores. The vast knowledge and genuine interest in the well being of these animals won me over instantly. I have also been having issues with my sons fish tank recently, and the same man who's name I am ashamed to have forgotten was able to provide invaluable advise that has improved the well being of our fish. I was so blown away, I offered the store manager a few bucks tip to help care for his adopted store birds (my girlfriend believes the offer was rude; so, if it was taken as such, I apologize for my socially awkward self). I'm sure they could be more profitable without adopting these birds, and I wanted to support their effort of so refreshingly actually caring for these animals. While they turned down my contribution, they have permanently earned my business.
