I can assure you that they will help you customize a meal plan that will satisfy in every way possible. The meals are absolutely delicious and so easy. Our 8 year old daughter is obsessed with how good everything taste. If you can get a child to eat healthy than you are doing something right! I completely recommend them for all our your needs.

I originally started using them during my prep last year to help ease some stress, but I have continued to use them because they have a great variety, everything taste great, its convenient, and well priced! They have made my off season so much easier to stay on track and not feel like I am eating the typical prep food. Highly Recommend!

I have had so much more energy & even a "healthy glow" since starting these meals. As a full time working mom, having meals ready makes my life so much easier... Being able to "grab and go" has been a lifesaver. I also drink the smoothies made from the smoothie packs every morning.(HIGHLY recommend the smoothie packs!)

I love that I get to choose the different meals every time I order. Whenever I eat a full day of their meals I always feel so good. I didn't realize before I started eating with Life Prep Meals that my energy level was so bad!! I would recommend Life Prep Meals to help implement a healthy lifestyle.
