Alyssa really knew her stuff, and that's coming from a former high volume Panera cashier! Everyone was polite, friendly, and focused on fast service!

The new BBQ sandwich is no BBQ chicken Flatbread, but it was still delicious.

I know food prices have gone up, but corporate might have to consider cutting margins because $20 for a pick two is painful, even when it's this good.

We were really happy to find this Panera Bread location while traveling on the Ohio Turnpike. We were able to have a reasonably healthy lunch at a reasonable price. We had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl ($11. 69), a cup of tomato soup ($5.29) and a half Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich ($6.39). Our large soda drinks were $2.89 each.

He is the best! He has been life-changing and I am speaking from both long-term experience, as well as recent. My former physician was an OSU Medical School graduate and it was once a dream of mine to be as well. I think very highly of D.O.'s because they allow the patient to be involved with their healthcare.

After losing my physician to his untimely death, I knew obtaining one particular medication would be troublesome. However, I never expected it to become a 7 month challenge! As I laid writhing in pain, my spouse reached out to Dr. Hayes. I had become unbearable to be around and I wasn't handling life very well...

I had been receiving my medicine through the Abbvie Patient Assistance Program. A company who should understand their own warnings on their medications, continued to provide obstacle after obstacle for receiving my next 3 month supply of medication. I knew that I would encounter difficulties, so I initially began taking my meds every other day. As time went on, it was every 3rd day, until I had exhausted them all. The company didn't seem to care. My new physician, with a call in request, failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy so I could attempt to obtain it by other means. I needed help.

Dr. Hayes recognized immediately that I was suffering from withdrawals. I had used the medicine for over 5 years straight. I was in a lot of pain and was no longer able to truly help myself. I am still recovering, but thanks to Dr. Hayes, I am almost back to my normal self again.

Although Dr. Hayes' office has suffered during the Pandemic, like most other businesses, I appreciate that Dr. Hayes utilizes technology to continue treating patients. I enjoyed being able to complete all of my new patient paperwork online. It was so easy and is my preferred method of communication. I hate having actual documents to file. That was one thing I enjoyed doing most through my previous employer - filing documents electronically; everything from scanned images to emails.

Overall, when Dr. Hayes is needed the most, he is there. I'm so thankful that God allowed Dr. Hayes to be a key player in my life. Very, very thankful for such a wonderful, intelligent, caring physician!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dustin Hayes for 6 years. He is professional, accommodating, dedicated to his clientele. His understanding of the mental health profession and his treatment methods are outstanding. He is a fine example to the mental health profession. Kudo’s Dr. Hayes.

I have been going here for over 2 years. He has been by far the best dr. I have found!! He is intentive to your needs. I would recommend him to anyone trying to get thier life back on track!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Dr Hayes is so great! You can tell he really cares for his patients! He has truly saved my life! Helping me to get better!

Stop here one day for breakfast and the selection was ok, but it would be nice to add turkey breakfast products as well. The staff person was friendly, helpful, patient and my sandwich was pretty good
