(October 20, 2022, 1:45 pm)Thanks so much for your help! I have house under contract with a non-working fireplace they installed 7 years ago. We had a plumber and a handyman look at it with no success. I called Tulsa Fireplace, they looked up the fireplace and two different ladies (I called twice) walked me through how to find the panel and RE-light the pilot. Saved my closing! A million thanks! Also, I don’t understand the reviews that say they don’t answer the phone or return calls. They answered immediately both times I called.
