Indian Springs Apartments

Good apartment complex for a good value. The apartments seem kept up fairly well, but need improvements to be updated and aesthetically pleasing.
Although the residents sometimes seem restless outside later at night, all in all the community is nice and children-friendly.
There are play and swing parks inside the complex grounds as well as a basketball court.
There is a convenience store you can walk to and a Dollar General (I believe).
This apartment complex would not be good for someone who does not have reliable transportation.
It is far from any large shopping center or any industrial jobs.
Public transportation will be sparse to none.

For income-based apartments these are probably as best as it gets. Management has always been pretty reasonable for me. Violence is at a minimum ,Just like any apartment complex is going to be good and bad people but I’d say this one has more good people than bad
