  Zach is a great trainer. The workouts are well structured and he pushes you to get better. And the gym is ALWAYS clean.

  Zach and the team are amazing! There are a variety of classes and the atmosphere is definitely not like that of a traditional/chain gym. The work outs aren’t stiff and routine, they are personalized to help me achieve my goals. (It is especially helpful for people like me who go to the gym and aren’t sure what to do).

  Zach is an outstanding trainer, I could not recommend this place more highly. After spending years at Lifetime and other big gyms this place is exactly what I was looking for. No judgement, no pressure to buy additional services, and a great community of friendly people. If you are feeling insecure about getting started or getting back into shape, Zach will make you feel comfortable and motivated from day one. Also, it includes an app that tracks your progress, workouts, and allows you to communicate directly with your trainer and the community at Boost which is so helpful for maintaining your focus and momentum week after week. This is not CrossFit, this is Zach taking his time and expertise to create a plan just for you, be by your side while you workout, answering your questions every step of the way. It really is an outstanding value.

  Love, Love, Love Boost Arrow Fitclub! Zach is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve reached goals I never thought I would! Awesome dance classes offered as well with Joy! Over all just a great environment! You can’t go wrong with Boost Arrow Fitclub!! I highly recommend you come check them out!

  I personally love coming to work out with my trainer Zach. He's so awesome and professional and everyone that works there as well are just really nice people. Zach targets the areas that's needed most. I absolutely love the fit camps as well. If you're wondering about this gym, just stop and come on thru. You want be disappointed.
