I don’t usually leave reviews but after the AMAZING experience that I had I couldn’t help it. I usually don’t like car dealerships or salespeople because of the reputation they’ve made for themselves but Mark Allen Buick was completely different. TJ never once made me feel like he was lying or trying to get over on me, multiple people took notice of my dads army beanie and thanked him for his service, Mark Allen himself came over to speak (which I appreciated because not too many owners bother themselves with coming out and speaking) and if a hiccup arose it was quickly handled and most importantly EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THOROUGHLY! I left with a brand new car when I only came to look and not only am I happy I’ll be sending others and buying all future cars with them. Thank you again for having amazing customer service.

We were in the market for a pre owned vehicle and TJ was amazing at helping us get into the right one. After finding some issues with it, he worked hard to help us negotiate repairs into the sale and came away very satisfied. Will definitely be looking to them for future business.

Only one word is needed for this dealership: AMAZING. Everyone was so nice and helpful! More specifically, Cale Kirtley was beyond wonderful. He was extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and just SO great! He played with my kiddos and helped keep them entertained while paperwork, etc. was being done. During our test drive, he knew the vehicle inside and out, every single detail, and then gave us some time and room to breathe and make a decision. Before we left the dealership, he made sure that I had his personal contact information and told me that I could reach out to him with any questions, concerns, etc. He followed up with me in less than 48 hours to make sure I was still satisfied with my purchase and to make sure that I did not need anything else. I cannot stress enough that he did ALL of this without making me feel suffocated, or pressured to buy.

By far the best buying experience we have had, dealing with a dealership. These guys go above and beyond. They are very friendly and good down to earth people.
