(August 7, 2021, 11:11 pm)The store manager, Austin, is an excellent customer service representative! I called the store before coming in. Austin confirmed he had what I was looking for. So I drove to the store to make my purchase. When I arrived, Austin was cleaning the store, which is immaculate. I introduced myself to him. He instantly remembered me from the phone call and immediately started grabbing the stuff I was wanting. This was my best experience I have had at any Gamestop I've ever been to. I will be a repeat customer to this store, and it can be attributed to the awesome customer service from Austin.

(November 9, 2019, 5:18 pm)Literally the best GameStop in the Tulsa area! Matt and Emma gave great customer service and I feel welcome every time I walk through the door! All of my questions were answered thoroughly and honestly. Quality over quantity. I'll go there for all my gaming needs and questions!
