1st day meet and greet. Staff was very pleasant i was given a tour this morning, and the young lady answered all of my concerns. Made me feel comfortable leaving ny dog in their care. The facility was clean. I had the ability to view my dog through Webcam which is a big plus. He was a little shy, but with time i do believe he will adjust. TY for caring and for taking care of Taco

They saved our lives. They took care of 2 of my cats. Our house was scheduled to be fumigated that day and other vet supposed to take care of our cats got covid and closed down. We were desperate to find boarding place. Very friendly and reasonable! We will definitely use them again! Thank you!

This place is phenomenal. 100% recommend. They worked with our pup on socializing and getting acquainted with the other dogs (which she struggled with initially) and after a couple months she was already in the play group with the others! She is always worn out and happy after coming home and she has learned the word "daycare". Their grooming services are fantastic as well! The staff is very friendly and really want to work with you to make sure your pet is cared for exactly as you would yourself. The hours of freedom with the level of peace of mind that they afford you is truly what you're searching for.

I'm so grateful my fiance found you guys. Rufus is a loving dog who needs special attention and your staff gave him everything he needed. You are true pet specialists. Excellent experience 👏. I appreciate you greatly . Joyful Paws is the best .

It wasn't very busy for dine in when we were there for lunch on Thursday. I had the regular roast beef and my husband had the chicken sandwich. Mine was great but the chicken was mostly crust and very little chicken. The new decor is very inviting and comfortable. It's always clean. The cashier was very accommodating. I asked but didn't get a senior discount.
Tip: ask for fries with no salt to get fresh hot fries. Our visit was very pleasant and we will be back (usually weekly). 😀
