Golden Dragon Taekwondo - Owasso

This is the best place to practice balance discipline and more depending on your goal. My children started taekwondo over a year ago and the change in their behavior and balance has been tremendous. We started with the 2 weeks trial and my son fell in love with it. My husband and I decided to join also especially since the fourth person is free😊. The instructors are very knowledgeable and have individual goal focus. I have the most respect for the instructors. The way they guide the children without frustrating them is amazing. Meeting respectful people over there. I love this place. Will recommend it 100%.

Excellent facility

We sent our children when they were you 4 and 5 and they have really taken to it. The Masters are friendly and encouraging and have a great way with children and adults alike. Overall we have been very pleased with the experience. There is something for everyone, adults of all ages and children.

Over three years ago our family did a trial class just to see what it was like and it was like love at first sight! 💗 We didn’t start with a goal of achieving a black belt but just to get healthy. Time really does fly when your having fun and the excellent Masters and Instructors definitely get the credit for that. Now that 4 out of 5 of our family members have our black belts (the five year old is on his way 🙂), I look back and appreciate how effective the time was we invested on the mat. We would not still be here if the training were not challenging, effective, fun and life changing. You will love the quality of martial arts training and education you receive from Golden Dragon. They are definitely family and it is such an awesome family to belong to!!!

I have been taking this class for well over a year now, and it has made me a better person. It teaches you discipline, respect, and honesty. The instructors will work with you on your level to see you succeed. I am not as got as I would like, but this school has inspired me to do my best, to push myself. There is nothing I have been more dedicated to than this school. I highly recommend going to this school.

you are looking for a place to learn a great martial art and experience what it means to be a part of a Taekwondo family, then Golden Dragon Taekwondo Owasso is the school for you! I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of training you receive from Master Sohn and his staff of very skilled master trainers. The best part is you do not have to be a child to join. I am a member of the 50 and over club and I was welcomed into the family with open arms and the camaraderie with the other members is fantastic. Don't get me wrong, we train hard so that we stay in great shape but we have fun too! Another benefit is you do not have to be in perfect health to train with us, all are welcome & you will be brought along at your pace until you are comfortable. Golden Dragon Owasso teaches the core tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. These values will improve your quality of life and provide harmony to your world. So come on out and give it a try, you just might surprise yourself at what you can accomplish.
