I have been working with Jean-Maurice for the past two years. He is an absolute asset to the company. Not only does he ensure that my vehicle is covered according to state laws and regulations, but he also explains in detail the reason for the coverage. He also does everything in his power, to ensure he gets me the lowest rate. He is very patient with me, and also explains in detail the pros and cons of each insurer he chooses for me. I have maintained coverage not only for the rate, but because of his phenomenal level of customer service. If he is unable to get a rate that fits within my budget, he advises me on questions that are imperative to ask, if dealing with another agency. He is the reason I maintain a relationship with Acceptance. I'd like to personally thank him for all he does for me and my family, and the company for hiring an employee with integrity, accountability and a level of customer service I have never experienced with any other agency.
