My husband and I have gone for almost 3 years. Cecile has given us endless tools on proper communication with each other, EMDR to help with triggers and past traumas, as well as healing our inner child. Her approach has been kind but stern when needed. A lot of work has been put into both of us and we are better for it. Highly recommend
