This office has combined compassion and professionalism to create one of the best environments of its kind. I have seen many ortho.'s over the years and more times than not felt as if I was at a car lot trying to be sold something I didn't need. Not here; I will not ever search for another Office as long as this practice remains

I had my braces done with Kirkpatrick and Lai, my oldest daughter and currently my middle daughter too. The youngest daughter will have her orthodontics done here as well very soon. The staff is always happy, upbeat, positive and patient. The doctors are very knowledgeable and will take as much time with you as you need or want. They even chatted with my daughter about becoming an orthodontist. Everyone is excellent at explaining treatment and goals. Their reminder system is super helpful and they are always accommodating at reschedules. LOVE!

On our fourth son having braces through this professional group. They are friendly, and always on time! You get to an appointment and they never have you wait. Love them. Our sons’ teeth look outstanding.

You are always welcomed with a friendly smile. Dr Lai is excellent! He is very professional and great with kids. I know my daughter is in great care.

Excellent experience--everything went exactly as they promised. They worked well with our dentist to prepare her teeth for the cosmetic procedures after braces came off. Also, they always worked with us to get her in quickly when retainers were lost.
