Friendly staff let me try out multiple beds. Gave info when I asked but were not glued to my side as I walked around the store, let me lay on a bed for half an hour and only came back to briefly to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Offered upgrades and additional products/warranty but was not pushy about it.
