Great selection of tile and helpful advice choosing tile!!

This was my first time in The Tile Shop, and it was a perfectly pleasant experience. The people who worked there were attentive and offered to answer questions without being pushy or overbearing. They gave me plenty of room to browse but checked in every once in a while to make sure I didn't need any help. You can buy tiles by the piece as samples to take them home to see what they look like in your space, and also return them to get your money back within 90 days. Prices are clearly marked, and there is a large and well-organized inventory to select from. I almost didn't visit this store because of some of the negative reviews I read here, but I'm happy that I did as my experience was nothing short of excellent.

Selection and showroom are great and staff was friendly. Unfortunately they did not have porcelain pavers for me but I'll be back for a future project.
