  I usually rent from Enterprise because I've had trouble with other rental companies in the past either not having my vehicle and another time, I was denied a vehicle through Alamo when I came to pick it up even though I reserved it because I didn't bring a credit card with me and with Enterprise I usually use my debit card with no issue.That being said, Avis was one of the few companies that were open when my flight landed so I decided to give them a shot and it went smoothly and was very fast. The vehicle I got was an upgrade from the one I initially rented because they were out of the small sedans which was a nice bonus. I did have to use a credit card for the deposit but it was fine since I came prepared lol. Both the pickup and return were fast, easy and the staff was helpful, especially the nice lady who helped me check my vehicle in. I would definitely use Avis in the future as I travel often for work.

  Excellent and easy pick-up car rental. Jonathan was very informed, helpful, and quite knowledgeable about the cars available. He gave me the best deal on the car I took for the trip. I didn't drop off the car there, so I don't have any experience with that. The Saint Louis drop off was not in the airport, so I had to plan for an extra 15-20 min to wait on a shuttle and then be transported to the STL airport.
  
  I picked the car up at 10 pm and there was no line, it was a quick pickup. The car was in decent condition, not really clean on the outside or on the inside of the windows, but the seats were clean and the tank was full.
  
  The biggest issue I had was that I didn't know where to go to pick it up, the address (7777 E Apache) is wrong, and I drove through departures twice before I figured out I had to go to arrivals to find the pickup desk. So to anyone wanting to know where the pick-up counter is - GO TO ARRIVALS!
  
  Otherwise, it was a great experience that I would have no problem repeating.

  Got a great price on Priceline. The car I received was just what i wanted and it was a new 2023 with only 9,000 miles. Rode just like a new car. Easy pickup and drop off. Gas was $2.99 so I filled up before drop off.
