  Brittany Whinery with The Wolek Group came highly recommended to us, and after working with her, I can see why! We had the pleasure of working with Brittany as we house hunted in Tulsa. What impressed us most about Brittany was her dedication, clear communication, and tenacity. She was absolutely in our corner every step of the way. Brittany listened to our wants and needs and gently opened our eyes to the next home for us. After going under contract, Brittany and her team kept us informed every step of the way; we were especially grateful for this as we were relocating from a different city.   We can't say enough good things about Nate and the Wolek group! As first time out-of-state investors, we needed an realtor who could advise us on completely different criteria than when buying a primary residence. Nate understood that this was a business decision and worked with us to keep our focus on the numbers while providing valuable local insight on neighborhoods, schools, economic growth, etc.
  
  Nate found us multiple properties meeting our criteria, helped us negotiate significantly under asking, and was also able to give us construction and property management referrals we are still using today. Thanks to Nate, we now have a team in place in Tulsa, and we're looking forward to buying our second investment property with the Wolek Group later this year.
