I have three little brothers and they are all different from learning experience my first is just a normal smart kid doesn’t get in trouble. Second one is the over achiever super smart actually going to skip a grade and my third one is the one who struggle doesn’t like school bad behavior but yet they keep pushing the kids all the same but in a different matter so I think it’s a good school other may say it’s behavior over education well clearly because the behavior isn’t taught well in your household so there basically doing the work for you so I think this a amazing school wish I could of gone here!
My daughter started at College Bound in first grade. She was behind in reading and fought even trying to read. By Christmas break she was reading whole easy reader books to me and by the end of the year she could read whole children's books to me. The teachers are all high energy and keep the kids motivated. Their day is extremely structured so the children know what is expected of them. As soon as a teacher gives an instruction the class responds which is amazing to see and not something you see in a public school. Parent participation is encouraged with family nights and days planned throughout the year. The children also bring home a behavior report each day which is simple what color they ended the day on but parents are to sign the page nightly and there is a place for parents to write notes back. The school offers tours and I highly recommend checking it out for your K-2 children.
