(December 28, 2020, 4:55 pm)I normally have a horrible time when talking to someone over the phone. 9/10 they are just so rude for no reason. But today Ms. Princess was amazing. She got on the phone nice and respectfully. Helped me with everything I need and didn’t take 5 hours to do so. More of these employees should be more like her! So thank you Ms. Princess for being that bright light I needed today!
