Treated very well, the staff from the doctors to the office staff were very professional and polite
Dr. Kingrey and his nurses are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very caring. Dr. Kingrey is extremely smart and educated. He always has his patients best interest at heart. He truly listens and Converses with them.
The Drs. & staff at Nazih Zuhdi Lung transplant division are the greatest. I'm sure all of the transplant divisions there are the same. I could not have asked for a better team to get me through my transplant.
My appointment was at 9 am. But I had to be there 60 minutes early. And get through registration. Which was not told to me when I was given my appointment time. So when they called me back in the room 20 minutes after what I thought was my appointment time, I was told I was 15 minutes late and that there was a possibility I would not be send in the future if I did not show up on time. So, please, fully inform people of their appointment times on contract- a full 75 minutes earlier than the actual time to see the doctor- so they don’t get chastised.
Excellent 1st experience. Dr. Joy Patel and his assistants were very thorough. Answered any questions I had about my above normal liver enzymes. Explained my options and expressed recommendations.
