  The gentleman with the glasses and had a watch ring on was super nice and very helpfully. He greeted my family and I with a smile and was super fast. All I did was go in there to exchange a watch band and he was awesome. Highly recommend will shop there more often...

  I had OUTSTANDING service in this store. I walked in on a whim, with my mother. Neither of us had plans to spend a dime. The holiday hire greeted us and was a tad bit clingy. I feel bad saying that, as he obviously meant well.
  
  But then, we met GRANT. Not only did he smell incredible, but he was also knowledgeable, helpful and fun! He had all the answers to all of my questions and made my mom laugh too! He deserves a gold star just for that! There are few sales people I've met in my life that make it so easy and enjoyable. Like shopping with with an old friend. I highly recommend!!!!

  Customer service was outstanding here. They found me the perfect graduation gift & it was reasonably priced. Best of all both items were engraved in minutes free of charge, which was great because I needed the gift that night. The whole experience was fantastic. I suggest everybody go here. Thanks Sam & Lilas for the help, you 2 are some outstanding employees. Thanks again & Merry Christmas.

  I went to have links remove from my watch. When I walk through the door I was greeted by Grant. I explained to him I purchased my Fossil watches online. Grant said that's fine. We are here to help. I did not feel pressure to purchase anything but of course I did! I love Fossil! Shout out to Grant for great customer service!
