I went in just to look since my boyfriend at the time, now fiance had mentioned engagements. I was greeted by an awesome, friendly, down to earth young lady named Jocelyn. She was the super best. She really worked with me showing me pieces that I would like (not like some places that show you everything in hopes to just sell you something) she took the time to look for the perfect ring. The best was her sincere advice on which stones not to get for everyday since they are not as strong as others and can get damage easily. She has so much knowledge on jewlery it blew my mind. I had no idea you shouldn't sleep with your rings! Anyways we found the perfect little rose gold ring and for several weeks I debated. She checked up on me and even sent suggestions and advice! She was the best. Honestly if you're hesitant about jewlery shopping go into Kay and just hear them out. Trust me. You will walk out a happy customer with their perfect ring like I did! Love ya girl. BTW my friend too that went in with me loves Jocelyn. She was so much fun to talk too, we clicked instantly.

I purchased my wedding ring in 2015 from Kay’s located in the Woodland Hills Mall and I have had excellent friendly professional service over the years. This year proved to be a challenge for Kay’s and the gentleman that assisted me Mr. Manuel went way above and beyond his job to make sure I was fully satisfied and most importantly happy with the results. When I visited and called in to the store, every employee was very curious and eager to assist me. They all made me feel like I was the only customer and never rushed through answering my questions. I will continue to use Kay’s in Woodland Hills Mall!!

My family always goes to Kay’s. We love the quality of the jewelry as well as the staff! Jocelyne is my favorite! She really knows her stuff and always makes shopping fun!
