  Embarrassing enough we actually ran out of gas, and one of the guys came out and helped us. He sent someone to get gas for us. Even offered us drinks!!!!!! Water, soda, latte !!! Made a terrible experience better. I wish I would have gotten his name. My thanks to Jackie Cooper for hiring such an awesome employee and thank you so much to him and the guy that got the gas!! I pray you have wonderful experiences forever more!! 😊

  The service and hospitality shown from the first visit has been outstanding. If we could place ten stars on this rating we definitely would!!!! Jackie Cooper Imports at 9393 S Memorial Drive has more than earned our business they have earned our respect for the integrity and professionalism of EVERYONE that we came into contact with while considering the trading of our 2019 Ram Big Horn. Our representative Blayne not only stayed after close the night before to start a dialog instead of most places that would just tell you they are closed, but he also went more than a mile further through out the entire process the very next evening. I am not one who gives written recommendations very often; however, this is by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had while buying a vehicle. They truly give you a luxury experience while working for your business. The professional service that Blayne, Mario, Jared, Chuck, and Kendall all provided has won over our future vehicle acquisitions.
  
  The whole team made you feel like family - we are very happy with our overall experience and the quality of vehicle we received in the trade. If you want the typical used car dealership hassle don't come here, but if you are looking for a stress free, friendly place that makes you feel like family - Jackie Cooper is your next and last place you'll ever want to or need to go!

  Highly recommend!! We worked mainly with Summer, and she was FANTASTIC to work with. We never felt pressured into decisions and we felt very well taken care of. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We also worked with Grant in finance, and he was wonderful too! Everyone was so professional and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’d definitely go back to Jackie Cooper to buy another vehicle!!

  Best experience at car dealership ever .
  Got my dream car already . My fault was not check carefully the tire before we left. A week after I came back and they fixed and wash it .Welcome me back ,they did not blame anything on me.
  Love these people (Danny,Mario)they are very professional and help me quickly, the procedure is clear. Enthusiastic, considerate, friendly is what I have seen.
