I honestly couldn’t say enough about how good our experience was with this company. I won’t leave a list of names because this isn’t an Oscar acceptance speech, but I will tell you this: making a decision about AC/Heat can be scary and expensive, but often times we are talking about the difference between taking care of the family or taking a risk. Mike G met with us and went through our options and let us make our own decision. It was a no brainer and Air Assurance transformed our 2 story home from complete inefficiency and discomfort to a state of the art environment where I have complete control of the temperature year round. On top of that, now I have a team ready to take care of our system if anything is needed. Was it cheap? No.. but nothing worth having ever is.
10/10 guys, I am grateful for each and every one of you.

It is hard to be excited about AC repair or replacement, but I have been satisfied with Air Assurance for several years. In 2016, they replaced my whole system. Even the City of Tulsa inspector at the end was impressed with the work they did in the install. Since then I've had my AC and furnace maintenance with their team. It is nice to know they stand by their work. No high pressure upgrade talk, or sales (like other companies in town), just the service and a good explanation of how things are doing. I buy a new filter every year and pay for the service and that's a steal compared to the AC running nonstop. I'm super happy with the system they put in and the ongoing preventative maintenance.

Mark Swanson was our tech and he was EXCELLENT!!! , from the initial call where they were very accommodating down to the email follow ups and texts they were nothing short of Amazing!

Amazing customer service! Mike G was at my house (with window units) the same day I called! Within 2 days the AC (outside) unit, the air handler and duct work had been completed. Installers were polite, professional and cleaned up before they left. Awesome company to work with!

I recently had a new air conditioning system and heating system installed in one of my Broken Arrow homes… The guys at air assurance did a great job of making sure that everything worked correctly and that I got the proper system for the size of my house… that house is actually a rental house and the renter was very happy when his bill was cut in half after the new system was installed ... There was a minor thing that needed to be adjusted ....and the guys came back And corrected it very swiftly as well !!

for making sure that I had several options to choose from ...and checking with Mike Gullian ...to make sure that everything was done correctly and in a timely matter ...They helped to work out a 6 month same as cash payment plan ...and I and
