(November 8, 2021, 12:34 pm)LINDA IS A LIFESAVER. I had an issue with staff only picking part of my online order and then telling me they were sold out. When I checked the shelves each time my item was there. I brought this up multiple times in the past only to be treated quite rudely.
When I mentioned my issue to a manager today everything changed. Despite my being upset Linda was understanding and helpful. She helped to resolve the issue and made me feel like I had been heard as a customer. I cannot aspouse enough how helpful she was. It turned the experience completely on it's head.
Thank you to Linda and James for being the two nicest and most helpful target team members I have met to date.
