Office staff is amazing always super friendly & kind , they always go above and beyond to help me. maintenance is also amazing! Very friendly and helpful with any issue i may have. The neighborhood is super quite. all my neighbors have been really respectful and quite. once you come in through the gates you get a welcoming feeling!

(July 24, 2019, 12:56 am)Theres a handful of things they should fix. It's a gated community so fix the gates. Spider webs should be cleaned off frequently. The gym they have is convenient but not very pretty. Maybe clean the windows and vacuum. They should power spray the concrete here. My section is really dirty but I just sweep often to keep spider webs and such away.This place is actually pretty great. It is close to Peoria so if you're not comfortable with that then dont move here. Apartments are quiet and cozy. You get everything you need for a good price.

(January 31, 2019, 5:34 pm)Literally the BEST PLACE TO LIVE EVER. I really appreciate the kindness of the front office staff and the DILIGENCE of the maintenance crew. They’re super approachable and anytime I have issues, they keep me informed and are willing to help me out. I don’t have complaints about living here. My neighbors are kind, the dogs are friendly in the neighborhood and honestly, the grounds are beautiful ESPECIALLY in the spring. We’re less than 10 min from Brookside, less than 10 min from Tulsa Hills, right across the street from riverside and less than 15 min from the Gathering Place.. I’m going on my third year of living in this complex and I honestly checked around just to see if I was missing anything and I came to the conclusion that I CLEARLY was not. This is a wonderful place to live.
