Food is absolutely amazing I always get the double shack burger with fries or the chicken sandwich with fries and have never had any issues always the same great experience, the one point of criticism is that I’ve been waiting 10-15min to get very simple orders almost every time I come here. They are certainly not understaffed and not always alot of people ordering so not sure what the issue is, besides that nothing to complain.

Always a lovely experience. Quick service and amazing food. Prep and presentation of the burgers, fries drinks were great. However, they looked like short on staff and probably because of that, the restaurant needed some upkeep attention i.e. tables needed to be cleaned and wiped and sanitized, there was food debris on some tables, floors could have been swept. By no means was the place filthy, far from it...but some quick wiping tables and chairs, cleaning frequently etc could be better.

It’s a standard Shake Shack and meets my expectations of their locations. Which is to say it was very good if a bit pricy.

As always the deep fried cheese stuffed mushroom burger was delicious. I tried out their season fry offering and while the fries were excellent I think I’ll go back to the standby of regular fries next time with normal ketchup.

I had a divorce that drug out for over a year and a half but they were always very responsive and patient with all my questions and offered me great guidance through the whole process.

I was in the unfortunate position of needing an attorney. Frank made the process smooth. In two months my court issues were resolved! Frank was an amazing blessing for my family.
