I recommend Get Going Physical Therapy to anyone looking to bounce back from any type of injury hindering you from your daily activities. Kris is very knowledgeable and passionate about not only the mechanics of the body, but also about various methods used towards treating injuries. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to determine the root cause of nagging and seemingly perpetual injuries. Many times he would continue to do research well after our session was over in order to understand the injuries more. He was able to treat the tendonitis in both of my knees that I was certain would never go away. It was a very tough injury to treat, but Kris was resilient and did not rest until a solution was found. Not only did he treat both knees but he also gave me lifelong self-treatments I could use should the pain ever return. He even showed me how to improve my form when performing certain exercises; particularly squats. I did not realize all these years I had been performing squats incorrectly which is one of the things that contributed to my knee pain. This is just one example of his broad knowledge and expertise. Kris is also also very empathetic and aware of the inflated costs of healthcare and did whatever he could to ensure the insurance provider paid what they were supposed to so that I would not have to pay more than I was responsible for.
