I ordered here for the first time and my shirt came very quickly. I received an email update on my order before it arrived. I really like my shirt! It’s good quality and fits nicely. They sent a coupon with my order so I will for sure order again!

I ordered three items two of which are custom made when they are ordered. I did note the disclaimer on the site that orders aren’t shipped for at least 9-14 days after the order is placed I honestly didn’t pay much attention to anything else that may have been a notice or disclaimer. I received the email order confirmation and was really excited so I called on day 14 to see about an order update. The lady I spoke with was very kind and told me that even tho their boutique is local to me the collegiate items ship from out of state and explained the process to me. She took my information and quickly called me back with details in regards to my order. One of the shirts I ordered was on back order and she gave me 3 solutions and allowed me to choose. Yes the shipping is slow but they state that on their site. Every issue was addressed and rectified. I think their level of customer service is fair and adequate. However I will say improvement on inventory accuracy and updates can be made. Also I didn’t receive any shipping notification but they were very quick in response to my shipping inquiry. I can’t as of yet comment on quality as my order is due to arrive today.
