I've been seeing doctor macklin for 8 or 9 years and have always been pleased with his professionalism. He always explains the issues and I've had several he makes me feel like I'm getting the best doctor care that I can get. I recommend him highly to anyone that has foot issues.

My husband went to Dr. Maclin with a pretty serious foot injury and was very satisfied with the care and service he received. Dr. Maclin recommended the right specialists for him and helped him get through the process of diagnosing the problem and getting the right treatment for it. He called my husband after hours to see how he was doing multiple times and showed that he truly cared by listening to my husband's concerns and finding a treatment option that fit his needs. We are both so thankful to have found such an amazing Dr. to help my husband with his foot injury, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Maclin is a great foot doctor and I would recommend him to anyone needing foot surgery. Last winter I came into his office because the orthotics that I have purchased about a year ago was fraying at the edges and wearing out. He said that he would fix it for me and did. He did charge me a little for the work, but gave me a discount because they orthotics were relatively new.

Anyway, after calling him and them not being available at the arranged time he asked for my address and personally delivered them to my house at 7pm. That is definitely customer service! I was especially thankful because it was around the Holidays and I am sure that is his busy season.

One personal note of advice that I would like to offer is if you are active and run like me when ordering orthotics ask for a cover material that is durable. Dr. Maclin uses some outside company to build the orthotics which is great but the cover material wasn't good enough for me. The material that he replaced it with has been great and I am much more happy with its durability.
