  My car had a engine misfire which to completely fix I was originally quoted 800$. I told them this was more than I could afford and they were able to work with me to figure out exactly what it would require to make it safe to drive which they could do for 600$. To my amazement they called me when it was complete and told me they were able to do it for 264$ due to it being an easier fix than originally thought. I’m blown away with the honest and excellent customer service! Will absolutely be back in the future.

  Amazing customer service! I called 3 separate times to ask questions about recommended services from a recent diagnostic test performed at my local dealership for my 2015 BMW (57,000 miles). Each call was pleasant. I never felt rushed during the phone call with all my questions, nor did I feel pressured to schedule a service. I spoke with Joey, Adrian and Matt. Each person was professional, helpful and knowledgeable in addressing my concerns. I ended up scheduling a portion of the recommended services (from the diagnostic test) and purchased new tires. Keep up the good work Firestone! I will be back for sure!

  Read thru a few reviews here....mostly good I would say. I've been taking my car(s) Infiniti QX56 (150K + miles) and a previous Ford Explorer (180K +) to this place for 11 years. I try the dealers for pricing on the Infiniti and ALWAYS go to this location (MGR Joey Ainesworth). Found them to be more than fair and upfront (Justin too). Have referred multiple friends here over the years. Unless you are a mechanic yourself and know cars, I'd stand by this place.
