While I was waiting I went to the parts department to look around and kill time and the staff gave me a tour of the parts warehouse. Everyone was extremely friendly. That level of customer service seems to be rare these days so I'm very appreciative when I receive it. In fact, it was so pleasant that they will be the first dealership I call if I decide to upgrade to a newer trailer!
