Really like the graveyard shift employees! Store had been there since I was a kid, and so have a lot of thr employees. Says a great deal about management!

The only reason I'm giving this place five stars is because of the customer service performed by Nick and Rhonda.

Nick has gone out of his way to take care of me and make sure things are right, very good dude, they took over my rental for 4 months, I'm pretty sure that they either broke even or they paid more on that rental than the total cost of repair, so I can appreciate that I wasn't left with nothing that entire time and it wasn't about the money for them, they took care of me first.

Rhonda has been great as far as getting updates, and she's always been very nice when I've spoken to her.

I can't say much else about this place though due to circumstance.
It's extremely busy, so my car has been going back in a lot, unfortunately I got my car back about five months after they got it, and quality can be missed when things get busy, but I don't think techs are careless, I think they just keep getting overbooked and stay overbooked making it near impossible to catch up, it can definitely be frustrating, on both sides.

I do not care for Nikki though, you can never get ahold of her, she has a poor attitude when you do, and she has no customer service skills.

Solid work. Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable and more importantly don't play any games. They shoot straight even if the news isn't great. In this insane time of no staff and huge wait times on parts....I highly recommend!

A picture perfect repair & ahead of schedule. The friendly smiles and quick answers made everything better.

I for the donuts lol whoever they use to cater them make awesome LeClair donuts! The staff is also nice and get you in and out quick.

Has average priced gas, occasionally cheap. One gripe is that the inside no longer has the Subway in the back, it only has 3 refrigerators. They have a decent variety of snacks inside, but slightly overpriced. It's close & convenient for me though!
