My options were clearly explained, I was walked to my unit, walked outside to ensure my keypad code worked and given a welcome gift. “I loved using UPack. We recently moved from California to Oklahoma and both hubs were great. They both came to my addresses when they were supposed to and they made moving so easy for us. Yes, you load the trailer yourself, but where I would have spent $3,000 for a Uhaul trailer, I only spent $2,000 for Upack AND I didn't have to pay for gas for a Uhaul which would have been an extra $400-$500. I did my research and UPack was by far the most economical option. Thank you UPack. If I ever have to do a move again, you are my only choice.”
