But I decided to stay calm and I was able to pick up my package with no incident. I was there for about 30 minutes but he kept me updated as to where and why my package was where it was. Great customer service with me and others that came in. I recommend having your package held at the location and you pick it up. Truck delivery is unreliable unfortunately.”

I recently called the Store to check on an item that I found on their website and the employee I spoke with was very helpful. He actually went back to the men’s department, located the item and offered to hold it for me until I could drive to the Store to pick it up. The item I wanted was a Marc Anthony vest and I was concerned that the size I wanted would be sold out. Kohl’s also has a very convenient Amazon return area where you can return items that were purchased on Amazon. The Store returns the items for you and every time we have utilized the service we were given a 25 percent coupon that could be used for Kohl’s merchandise. Great marketing tool...”

I will hang on to it, so I will be able to find them again when it comes time to buy again!
