The customer service was excellent as at all of the Victoria Secret stores. I worked as a Co-Manager at the Mall of Memphis and they taught excellent customer service prevents thief. Nali (I hope I spelled her name right) was SO great, I almost started crying when she greeted me (literally she was fanning me to prevent water works); that's how stressed I was and relieved at her kindness. From then on, her customer service was outstanding. Naturally patient (as I'm a novice with makeup), she helped me find several amazing products and gave me confidence that I could apply it the same way.
