“Okay, I love this Lane Bryant. I can always walk in here and get a warm greeting, great conversation, and find a few good deals. I am an online shoppers, as well as I like to walk in an open air shopping center. This gives me the best of both worlds, because I always send my online orders to the store, so that I can pick it up, because it typically comes with a value coupon that I can usually use in the store and immediately score another deal. Every time, I walk in the store I am always treated like a valued customer. They walk around to see if I need anything, they take the heavy piles of clothes from my hands and either put them in a dressing room, the counter, or put up the ones that I don't want. The customer service was excellent as at all of the Victoria Secret stores. I worked as a Co-Manager at the Mall of Memphis and they taught excellent customer service prevents thief. I am definitely a fan of all of the body mist sprays, lotions and scrubs.”

“Amazing!!! The manager here deserves a raise, seriously, while the parking lot is not very inviting, inside the story is impeccably clean, very well stocked, and incredibly organized. Staff was also friendly and attentive, and everyone was cleaning or sanitizing something as I walked around.
