“We still have one technician we are waiting to come out this week and fix a part on our new pool pump, but I have no worries that they will be prompt and take care of the issue. From our first moment in the store dealing with our salesman, Earl to dealing with the crew who put our pool up, I only got the name of one of the three gentleman his name was Brock, we then had another technician come out to bring a part that had been left out on the same day of install, the next day two other technicians came out to put the pool steps in our pool and exchange the ones we had wrongly received, everyone we have dealt with has been professional, courteous, and prompt. My husband had to go into the store with questions for the pump not working and to take in a water sample to get the pool going, the lady that does the pool school helped him and was so helpful. I just can’t say enough good things about our experience with Galaxy. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family! Everyone that has been to our house has worked hard,never slacking and with a smile to share. We want to commend you on your wonderful employees and the experience we’ve had with Galaxy!”

They cleaned and repaired my 28 year old floor. The installation went smooth and looks great! I've never had epoxy flooring and have had several questions about it's care and they have always answered my phone calls an even came back out to answer a question in person. They are very good!”

They showed me a steel framed sectional that I loved!!! With 3 kids ages 11 and younger...steel framed made my heart skip a beat!
