“Back in 2018 I spoke with Dusty Gibson at Precise Roofing and requested an inspection on a roof that was 18 years old with hail damage. Dusty was able to provided me with an inspection and helped me with the insurance claim to be able to replace my roof without any problems. They completed the job in one day and we have been extremely satisfied since. Then in 2020 my wife inherited her fathers home that was in need of a new roof. I contacted Dusty again to request an inspection. He was able to do that for me and give me an estimate but the insurance company was unwilling to work with us to replace it. I advised Dusty of this problem and he was able to help me with a solution to receive some compensation from that insurance company. The new roof has been installed along with new guttering and it looks wonderful. Again they were able to complete the job in one day (including a detached garage) and we are completely satisfied. Dusty will continue to be my first phone call on any future projects such as this. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to taking care of your needs. I will recommend him and Precise Roofing to anyone that I know in need of help with roofing issues.”
