“Great place, can't recommend them enough. They installed a KI300 in my Bonanza A36 and it failed. They stood behind it even though it was not their fault (it was clearly a manufacturer defect) and installed a Garmin GI275 at no cost to me. Laura and her team are first class, she clearly communicated their progress along the way and was excellent to work with. When I dropped my plane off the plan was to have it fixed in one day, but as things go with airplanes they ran into unforeseen difficulties so Alan Sparks gave me his personal vehicle so I could be with my son who was in Mercy Hospital NICU Springfield. They do great work and will stand behind their work! I will be back.”
