This is a family owned business and they are without a doubt one of the most reputable transmission shops I've dealt with and I've dealt with plenty in my life. I run a business with a fleet of vehicles and over the years we have replaced many transmissions with mixed results until I located this gentleman. He is honest and knows what he's doing. This is the kind of place that rebuilds YOUR transmission not the place that slaps a remanufactured unit in your vehicle. If you don't know the difference you should study it out because there is a HUGE difference. If you like straight talk and honest and fair pricing this is your place. If you like franchise names nationally recognized shops with financing available then perhaps not just be prepared to get the razzle-madazzle elsewhere but this guy is awesome and he's a pro not a hack.
By far the absolute best experience I have ever had when dealing with auto repair needs. Vladimir the owner, provided superb service in every meaning of the word. From his initial customer service by phone, to his detailed explanations of process and options based on route per price. Not only that he picked up my vehicle, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered the vehicle back to me in less then 6 hours. Prior to being referred to Wagoner Transmission, I had attempted over 30 alternate quotes from shops around Tulsa and Broken Arrow, that quoted over 1300$ to replace my clutch and atleast 5 to 7 business days minimum for turn around on the vehicle, met with very poor customer service. Out of 30 shops, none were even remotely feasible. Vladimir at Wagoner Transmission repaired my vehicle in less then 6 hours, for 450$ transported it both ways, and communicated truth and authenticity with regards to every step of his process. NOT ONLY THAT THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS AMAZING. He just earned a customer for life. It pays to be authentic.
