“My mom just came home today after staying at Ignite due to a fall that broke her femur. Everyone at Ignite was so sweet and mom loved all her nurses and therapists. Hunter melted her heart as he reminded her of her nephew. Brian stole her heart as he visited with her while he cleaned her room. Too many nurses to name them all but each one has a special place in her heart as she developed a special bond with each one of them. Katrina and James went above and beyond to get her in a private room right away. We had just had my father's funeral the day that mom fell. She had an extra hard time because she had not even been home. Everyone treated her special and helped her get thru the most painful 6 weeks of her life after losing dad then falling. I would recommend Ignite to anyone . They will treat your loved ones like family. I stayed with mom the first 2 weeks and they all treated me like family also. Mom going to miss rehab. Even though it started out a bit painful it ended with her feeling much better and having a very special place in her heart for everyone at Ignite”

“I have worked amongst the employees for several years, in a sales setting (home health and hospice). Brookdale prides themselves on a very unique atmosphere. When you walk in you are always greeted promptly and staff is available, you can physically see them working. Brookdale is also very quick to tend to patient care needs, I’ve seen it first hand several times, emergent and non-emergent situations! Another really positive I see is their retention of the employees in the Bartlesville communities, some have been there 20-25+ years, and that’s hard to find dedicated employees, especially with recent events in the world. It has been such a pleasure working along side their staff to serve our senior community in Bartlesville!”
