“I have worked amongst the employees for several years, in a sales setting (home health and hospice). Brookdale prides themselves on a very unique atmosphere. When you walk in you are always greeted promptly and staff is available, you can physically see them working. Brookdale is also very quick to tend to patient care needs, I’ve seen it first hand several times, emergent and non-emergent situations! Another really positive I see is their retention of the employees in the Bartlesville communities, some have been there 20-25+ years, and that’s hard to find dedicated employees, especially with recent events in the world. It has been such a pleasure working along side their staff to serve our senior community in Bartlesville!”

He listens closely to me and advises of all options available to me. I stress that I’m okay with the aging process but not with the damage the rapid weight loss caused and I don’t want to look overdone. “I absolutely love Nicki!!! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about us mamas!! She was able to help me through delivery by staying calm, trying different techniques, and speaking up for me when drs were just a little too pushy. With her techniques I didn’t even think about asking for an epidural! She truly goes above and beyond! Spending extra time with me when there was a concern with my little fellow and waiting until he came back to me healthy. Then spent even more time making sure I was comfortable with breastfeeding for the first time. Seriously, If you’re on the fence about this, jump on over and give her a call. I’m writing this review over a year later from having my little guy and Nicki is still one of my best memories of my child’s birth. You will be so happy you decided to go with her!!”
