Never once since I've banked with them (3 years) has any of the staff or managers had a bad attitude or not been helpful. Very friendly and they do not pressure you into doing something you don't want to do. They are very up front about how their banking works. I like that honesty in a bank. I will continue to bank with them till the end of time. They even called me on my birthday and sung a happy birthday song. If that's not great customer service then I guess don't what great customer service is. They also are good about letting you about any special banking offers that are going on and even if you do not bank with them they still are willing to offer any kind of help they can. Cheryl gave us a plan. Secondly, the deal required two different type of loans. The much larger of the two and the one First United provided went flawlessly. However, the other institution really struggled. Cheryl took the time to call the other bank and help them through it. Our buyer was trying to back out and definitely would have if Cheryl hadn’t jumped through some hoops to help out. Finally, because of the high demand in the market we hadn’t even seen the house in person. While vacationing Cheryl took time out of her trip to drive to our home and take pictures for us. She is a truly wonderful and inviting hostess and our three night stay could not have been any better. Movie room with tons of DVDs, sauna, massage chairs, hot tub, pool, wonderful breakfasts, use of her magnificent kitchen and she even set a beautiful romantic table for us to dine on.
